Wooo day 3 people!!! How you feelin? Good? Bad? Both?
Today we have 10 crunches, 10 leg lifts, and 15 second plank! If you can get through these, you get a break tomorrow!!

When I started my ab workout today I was definitely sore. My boyfriend said, “That’s how you know it’s working.” So that’s a good thing! Those leg lifts are going to be the death of me…haha! Anyone else finding those to be the most difficult part??
Today I also needed to run, and since I only got about 4 hours of sleep last night that seemed pretty daunting. I had to really practice what I preach and do a lot of positive self talk to get my butt out the door, but I did it! How do you stay motivated? What does your workout routine look like?
Day 4 of the ab challenge is a rest day, so do something relaxing and enjoy your day off! See you on day 5! 🙂
